4 weeks post op and 12.4kg down in 6 weeks.

Thought it would've been more but happy with this nonetheless.

Slowly but surely I'm getting there :)

    It's a good result, any loss is a good one.

    My auntie went through lapband which I guess is trying to achieve the same results.

    She was 134kg and went down to 80kg!

    I'm on my own weight loss journey too, I'm trying the traditional way but if this doesn't work I might need to consider surgery.

    I was 142kg and down to 127kg at the moment but I'm very much struggling now. It's hard :(
